Product Overview
Sprecher+Schuh PCS-019-480V 024 is an industrial-grade solid-state soft starter designed for three-phase asynchronous motors. It uses thyristor technology to achieve smooth start/stop control, effectively reducing mechanical shock and grid disturbances. This model is suitable for 480V voltage systems, with a rated current of 24A, meeting the stringent requirements of heavy-duty equipment for starting performance, and is widely used in water pumps, fans, compressors and other scenarios.

Intelligent Torque Control
Provides three starting modes: voltage ramp, constant current, and sudden jump torque, which are adapted to different load characteristics (such as centrifuges need slow start, crushers need high starting torque).
The starting current can be limited to 300% of the rated current to avoid sudden drops in grid voltage.
Integrated protection function
Built-in multiple protections such as overload, phase loss, stall, and undervoltage, in compliance with IEC 60947-4-2 standards, and fault codes are directly displayed on the LED panel.
Thermal capacity calculation function monitors the motor temperature rise in real time to prevent insulation aging.
Compact modular design
Adopt DIN rail installation (width only 70mm), save control cabinet space, support side-by-side installation.
Standard Modbus RTU communication interface, can be integrated into PLC/DCS system, remote parameter adjustment.
Environmental adaptability
Operating temperature -25°C to +60°C, protection level IP20 (need to be installed in the cabinet), resistant to 10g vibration shock.
Coated PCB board and anti-corrosion terminals, suitable for high humidity and dust environment (such as mines, cement plants).
