High-efficiency filtration performance
The multi-stage filtration technology can remove particulate matter, moisture and oil mist in the air to ensure that the cleanliness of the intake air meets the DIN/EN 12021:2014 standard. For example, similar pre-filters equipped with BAUER OCEANUS series air compressors can achieve air quality with a moisture content of ≤10 mg/m³ and oil content of ≤0.5 mg/m³.
Durability design
The filter element material has been specially treated to have corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and is suitable for harsh working conditions. For example, the filter system of BAUER JUNIOR II series compressors uses TRIPLEX long-lasting filter elements. The treatment process includes three steps: drying, neutralization, and particle filtration, which significantly improves the life of the filter element.
