Unifit UT2000-P1 Online Particle Monitor (Online Oil Particle Counter)
Working Principle
Light extinction (light blockage) method. Oil flows through the sensor detection channel; particles block the laser beam, causing signal attenuation. The instrument counts particles of different sizes based on signal changes, automatically converts to oil contamination level, and reflects oil cleanliness trends in real time for early warning of equipment wear and oil degradation.

Product Features
Online continuous monitoring, no sampling required, captures oil contamination changes in real time, avoids errors caused by offline sampling.
Compact size, light weight, easy installation, can be directly installed in series or bypass on hydraulic and lubrication lines.
Industrial protective housing, dustproof and waterproof, suitable for harsh working conditions such as factory equipment, construction machinery, and power stations.
Multiple data output methods: local USB storage, or communication connection to PLC and industrial control systems for remote monitoring integration.
Automatically calculates ISO4406 contamination level, intuitively judges oil condition, assists in formulating oil change and filter replacement plans.
Supports optional pressure reducing valve for high-pressure lines, adaptable to high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Applications
Mainly used in hydraulic systems, gear lubrication systems, turbine oil stations, shield/construction machinery hydraulic stations, wind turbine gearboxes, and paper/steel equipment lubrication lines. Used to monitor filter failure, internal component wear, and external contamination intrusion, predict equipment faults, and extend the service life of oil and components.
