Product Overview

The TBV7-E Acoustic Signature Analyzer is specifically designed to be paired with the MECASON device for ensuring vibratory monitoring of industrial machinery.


This enables predictive maintenance of machines, extends their service life, secures production processes, and enhances personnel safety.


Applications:


Monitoring of bearings on rotating machinery, hydraulic turbines, compressors, fans, mills, mechanical elevators, centrifugal pumps, etc.

Monitoring of fluid flow in pipelines.

Embedded web server enabling full device configuration and visualization of all data (measurements, output states, 1/3-octave bands, etc.).

Front-panel LCD touchscreen micro-console for local measurement display.

MECASON® TBV7-E


Sensor data acquisition from the MECASON sensor.

Precise signal analysis by measuring Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) and 27 1/3-octave bands (25 to 12,700 Hz).

Ability to set multiple alarm thresholds for THD and/or all 1/3-octave bands, with relay output reporting (optional).

Three acoustic signature recording modes: manual, simple auto-learning, and fully configurable multi-auto-learning.

Storage of reference acoustic signatures with remote playback capability via Ethernet at any time.

Universal power supply: 20 to 250 VAC and 20 to 250 VDC.

Designed for DIN rail mounting.
