The German Kracht KF80RF2-D15 gear pump is a heavy-duty, high-pressure industrial gear pump specifically designed for demanding applications.
It features a precision-meshed double-gear structure that achieves fluid delivery through gear rotation, offering high self-priming capability (with a suction lift of up to 9 meters) and bidirectional delivery functionality. The pump body is constructed from gray cast iron or ductile cast iron, while the gears are made of high-strength carburized steel, enabling it to withstand high-temperature media below 300°C and support long-term high-temperature operation. The helical gear meshing design reduces noise and pressure fluctuations, while wear-resistant non-metallic materials minimize metal particle wear, extending the service life.
This pump is suitable for applications such as rolling mill lubrication systems, hydraulic power transmission units, and coolant circulation, capable of delivering various fluids including lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and fuel oil. It achieves a maximum pressure of 25 bar and operates within a speed range of 200-3000 rpm.
