The GFM flowmeter measurement system operates based on the positive displacement principle.
Its measurement accuracy is largely independent of fluid viscosity and offers further measurement possibilities with high precision compared to axial turbines or similar devices.
This design allows for easy measurement of low flow rates. The QG range can be utilized for precise measurement of pump casing drain lines, leakage flows, or similar applications.
It is a highly accurate and robust industrial gear flow sensor featuring an industry-standard 4...20mA analog signal output.
The Hydrotechnik Gear Flowmeter 3143-03-s-35.030 boasts high data measurement accuracy, with an error margin of ±0.5% or less across a viscosity range of 10 to 25,000 CST and a moderate temperature range up to a maximum of 120°C. Signal Output: 4~20mA. Housing Material: X10CrNiS189 with surface protection passivation. Factory Calibration: Conducted with mineral oil at 30 2/s (cSt); special fluid calibration is available upon request. Pressure Drop: A maximum of 1.6 bar across the full flow range (at 30 cst).
