Rickmeier is a century-old German industrial pump manufacturer (founded in 1914), specializing in high-performance gear pumps, hydraulic systems, and valves. Renowned for reliability, wear resistance, and precise control, its products conform to German industrial standards.
The designation "R45/100" indicates the pump series (R45) and displacement specification (100 cm³/r); "FL-Z-W" refers to flange mounting with axial inlet/outlet; "SAE2" denotes a standard American flange interface; while "L-P" may represent special materials or customized configurations.
Structural Design:
External Gear Pump: Liquid conveyance is achieved through the volumetric changes in the enclosed space between dual gears. It draws in liquid via vacuum on the suction side and discharges it through compression on the meshing side, making it suitable for high-viscosity media (such as lubricating oil and hydraulic oil).
Integrated Safety Valve: The pump body incorporates a safety valve that automatically opens to allow backflow when overpressure occurs, protecting system safety.
SAE Flange Connection: Standardized interface (SAE2) supports rapid integration into hydraulic lines, compatible with various industrial equipment.
Performance Parameters:
Flow and Pressure: With a displacement of 100 cm³/r, it achieves a maximum flow rate of up to 400 L/min and an operating pressure of ≤11 MPa (specific conditions should be referenced for exact values).
Low Pulsation Output: Outlet pressure pulsation is controlled within 1%, ensuring flow stability and suitability for precision hydraulic systems.
Corrosion and Wear Resistance: The pump body is made of cast iron or stainless steel (customizable options), resistant to high temperatures and corrosion, adapting to harsh environments.
Drive and Configuration:
It comes standard with a three-phase asynchronous motor, with options for single-phase AC/DC motors to accommodate different voltage requirements.
It supports intelligent remote monitoring and can be integrated into automated control systems.
