RICKMEIER gear pumps are characterized by a simple, robust and reliable construction with short, straight fluid guiding channels, combined with a unique gearbox construction and a special tooth profile, which guarantees excellent suction performance and an extremely low noise level during operation.
The standard housing is made of gray cast iron and the drive components are made of hardened, surface-carburized steel. The large, specially coated composite plain bearings have a long service life and excellent dry running characteristics.
The shaft seals are fitted with radial shaft seals as standard. In addition, various seal derivatives are available (e.g., slip ring seals).
