The XPi hydraulic piston pumps are designed with bent axis technology and are the successors of the well-known XP and X series from Hydro Leduc from France. These are the first bent axis pumps on the market that do not require the pump to be adjusted to the direction of rotation of the drive. The pump automatically sets to the desired direction of rotation. Simply connect the suction and exhaust pipes to the correct position.
Like other Hydro Leduc piston pumps, the XPi series is equipped with a reinforced double shaft seal with control tube. Resilient quadrilateral gaskets instead of paper seals in the flange provide better contact between pump and PTO. A new distribution plate and direct drive cylinder block by tapered pistons, among other advantages, reduce the noise level. The XPi pumps have a hydrostatic piston head. In this way, with increasing output pressure, the lubrication pressure increases, which affects the durability of the equipment. The XPi series consists of ten single-flow models according to the data in the table below. XPi hydraulic pumps are available with 1"1/2", "2"1/2 inlet fittings, which you can choose when ordering, or you can order the pump with a bypass valve, which allows continuous operation of the XPi without causing problems with overheating of the fluid, without affecting durability, and without interfering with the existing hydraulic system. Another improvement is the deflector that protects the pump from road dirt, especially with the cardan shaft drive. You can also order the cardan shaft factory-equipped with a deflector. Other couplings are available on request. Due to their high performance, XPi pumps can be used to replace other series for similar applications. In the case of a conversion in the opposite direction, it should be noted that most of the available pump series have lower parameters. XPi can replace products from the series X, XP, KFA, KFA2FO, A17FO, A17FNO, SCP, SCPT, SAP, F1, F2, BI, EOS, FOX, 145 64, KLS, etc.
