Brief description:
Piston pump systems spray minimal amounts of liquid.
Main areas of application:
External MQL in all metal cutting operations.
Lubrication of small areas for precise positioning or chipless forming operations.
Applications in demoulding and preservatives or other sprayed-on substances.
Operating principle:
The liquid flows from the reservoir into the piston pump.
This pushes a precise amount of lubricant into the internal feed tube.
A separate supply of compressed air separates the medium for spraying at the nozzle tip.
