The PRO-MCU380-EXT-4-REV combiner can connect up to four TETRA extended-band radio heads or radios to a common antenna.
The PRO-MCU380-EXT-4-REV operates across the full TETRA extended band, with Rx low-band frequencies of 380 - 386.5 MHz and Tx high-band frequencies of 390 - 396.5 MHz.
All PRO-MCU couplers are designed for combining radios, each transmitting a single carrier. When used to combine more repeaters that simultaneously transmit multiple Tx carriers on a single port, the Tx frequency combinations must be checked to avoid unwanted intermodulation products in the Rx band. This is to ensure that the carriers used do not generate unwanted intermodulation products at the precise Rx carrier frequencies, which could be reflected back into the repeater's ports and interfere with the desired Rx signals.
It features the smallest and most compact design on the market.
The MCU combiner is the successor to the PRO-ISO-PHY-TETRA-4-REV.
It is rated for 60 dB of isolation between all Tx/Tx, Tx/Rx, and Rx/Rx ports, though isolation is typically higher than 60 dB.
High-quality system components, such as highly selective helical duplex filters and high-performance isolators, are used to provide high isolation, low insertion loss, and ensure overall stable communication.
Available in a reverse (REV) model for base stations and a non-reverse model for mobile centers (mobile control stations).
A 19-inch front panel in black is also available for rack mounting.
