The SEIKA SBG2U is a dual-axis tilt angle measurement sensor box housed in a die-cast aluminum enclosure with IP67 protection. It integrates two NG tilt sensors and two independent 0–5V voltage standardization amplifiers, supporting user-defined calibration.
Equipped with temperature error compensation, EMC protection, and third-order low-pass filtering, it operates at 9–30V DC and outputs a standardized signal of 0.5V–4.5V (zero point at 2.5V). With high mechanical overload resistance and reverse polarity protection, it reliably works in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, making it ideal for high-precision dual-axis tilt measurement in automotive, construction, and industrial automation applications.
