The 820 series pneumatic solenoid valve is a two-position, two-way (2/2) normally closed solenoid valve.
Material research and development, along with technological innovation, have simplified the valve's operating principle and endowed it with cutting-edge dynamic characteristics. As a result, we have achieved a response time in the millisecond range and a service life exceeding 50 billion cycles.
The use of an acceleration drive board further enhances its dynamic performance. The standard 24-volt DC solenoid control valve boasts a response time of less than 5 milliseconds for opening and less than 2 milliseconds for closing, with a maximum operating frequency of 200 Hz. In contrast, when utilizing an acceleration-driven solenoid valve, the response time is reduced to less than 1 millisecond for both opening and closing, with a maximum operating frequency of up to 500 Hz.
