Product Overview

The AVENTICS R432006393 belongs to the renowned CERAM™ ISO 5599-1 Size 1 directional valve series, configured as a 5/2 single air piloted valve with mechanical spring return, body-ported design. Adopting advanced ceramic sliding sealing technology, it delivers stable long-cycle switching performance with minimized internal friction and excellent resistance to compressed air contamination, eliminating common sticking and leakage issues found in conventional spool valves.

Key technical parameters are clearly defined: flow coefficient Cv=1.1 (nominal flow up to 1100 l/min), operating pressure range from 0 psi to 150 psi, ambient working temperature spanning -23 °C to +79 °C. Its overall dimension measures 130 mm (length) × 40 mm (width) × 66 mm (height), with die-cast zinc valve body and Buna-N sealing materials for robust mechanical protection. The main port supports 1/4-18 NPT connection when matched with subbase R432015524, and it can also be installed on manifold subbase R432015488 with 3/8-18 NPT interface for centralized pneumatic circuit layout. As a pilot-operated valve without built-in solenoid coil, it relies on external pilot air signal to complete position switching, while the internal return spring automatically resets the spool once pilot pressure is removed.
