Acquisition and Merger: In 2019, Delta Controls Ltd. acquired Mobrey, a British company with over 100 years of experience in manufacturing instrumentation for level and material measurement control, from the Emerson Group. Following this acquisition, the company was renamed Delta-Mobrey Ltd.
