VEGA CL63.XXFGDHVMXX Liquid Level Sensor
Overview: VEGA CL63.XXFGDHVMXX is a capacitive level sensor, belonging to the VEGACAL 63 series, suitable for level measurement of conductive and non-conductive liquids.
Working principle: Based on the principle of capacitive measurement, the sensor and the container form two electrodes of a capacitor. The capacitance value changes with the level of the liquid medium in the container, and the electronic components convert this capacitance change into a corresponding level output signal.
Performance characteristics
High-precision measurement: The measurement accuracy can reach ±2mm, which can accurately monitor the level change.
Wide range: The measurement range can reach 15m, which can meet the level measurement needs of containers of different sizes.
Good environmental adaptability: The process pressure range is - 1…+2bar (-100…+200kPa), and the process temperature range is - 40…+80°C, which can adapt to a variety of industrial environments.
Reliable and durable: It adopts fully insulated rod electrodes, has a sturdy mechanical structure, and has IP67, IP68 or IP66 protection levels. It can work stably and long-term in harsh environments, reducing maintenance requirements and extending service life.
Easy installation: The installation and debugging process is simple, which can save installation time and cost.
Output signal: It usually provides 4-20mA standard current signal output, which can be easily integrated with various automation control systems. It can also support communication protocols such as HART and PROFIBUS to achieve more complex remote monitoring and management functions.
Application field: It is widely used in many industries such as petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, water treatment, power generation, etc. It can be used for liquid level detection of containers such as storage tanks, pipelines, reactors and spray towers. It is one of the important equipment to ensure production safety and realize precise automated production.
