Product Overview

Burkert 0330-41107 3/2-way-solenoid valve

Product Description

1. Basic Features

Type: 3/2-way pilot solenoid valve (3 ports, 2 positions)

Drive mode: electronic control (solenoid coil) + pneumatic pilot (external air source required)

Action form:

Normally closed (NC): closed when powered off, ventilated when powered on

Normally open (NO): optional (suffix required)

2. Core parameters

Project specifications

Valve body material: brass (standard), stainless steel (316L, corrosion resistant)

Seal material: NBR (nitrile rubber), FKM (fluoro rubber) or PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)

Interface size: G1/8", G1/4" or NPT1/8 (specific model suffix required)

Pressure range: 0.5~10 Bar (pilot design, low pressure difference requires a minimum of 0.5 Bar start)

Temperature range: -10℃~+90℃ (NBR seal); -20℃~+150℃ (PTFE seal)

Flow coefficient (Kv): about 0.5~1.2 m³/h (DN4-DN8, please refer to the table for details)

Response time: <50ms (pilot structure, fast switch)

Electrical parameters: 24V DC/AC, 110V AC or 220V AC (coil power is usually 4~8W)

3. Working principle

Pilot design:

When power is on, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole and uses the medium pressure to push the main valve core;

When power is off, the spring resets to close the main valve.

Interface function:

1 (P): Pressure inlet

2 (A): Working outlet

3 (R): Exhaust port (or oil return port)

4. Typical applications

Pneumatic control system:

Cylinder single-acting control (such as clamping/unclamping)

Vacuum generator switch

Industrial automation:

Purge system valve switching

Lubrication system oil circuit control

5. Product features

Low pressure difference start: Pilot design is suitable for low pressure applications (minimum 0.5 Bar).

Energy-saving design: Pilot structure reduces coil power consumption.

Modular options:

Manual operation (with emergency switch knob)

Indicator light shows valve position status
