Product Overview

Burkert 5282-134582 Universal 2-Way Solenoid Valve

The 5282 is a servo-operated diaphragm solenoid valve. A minimum pressure differential is required to fully open or close the valve. Depending on the application, a variety of diaphragm materials and operating modes are available. The standard brass valve body meets the requirements of all European drinking water standards. The valve body is also available in stainless steel and grey cast iron. The normally open and normally closed functions of its 3/2 pilot valve can be easily switched: just turn it on the main valve seat. The solenoid coil is encapsulated in chemically resistant epoxy resin. The 5282 model is equipped with a manual switch for commissioning and testing. If energy saving is required, all coils are available in energy-saving version. In combination with DIN EN 17301-803 A cable plug, the valve has a safety protection level of IP65 and a stainless steel body of NEMA 4X.
