Product Overview

The CXL 70-1LW/... is a 0 dBd, vertically polarized, omnidirectional base station and marine antenna covering the 450 MHz frequency band, available in three models.

Its meticulously designed wideband 1/2 λ dipole radiating element is made of brass tubing and sealed within a high-quality, tapered fiberglass tube with low wind load.

It comes with a robust "LW" mast bracket—a lightweight, multipurpose, epoxy-coated mounting bracket made of non-corrosive aluminum.

The accompanying U-bolts and fittings are made of stainless steel.

It can be mounted on vertical or horizontal mast tubes with outer diameters ranging from 16 to 54 mm.

The cable can be routed either outside or inside the mast tube.

Both VSWR and gain feature a wide bandwidth.

To significantly reduce noise caused by atmospheric discharges, all metallic components in the antenna are DC-grounded. As a result, the antenna exhibits a DC short circuit on the coaxial cable.

The CXL 70-1LW/... is a vibration-resistant, lightweight, slim, corrosion-resistant, and modern-styled base station and marine antenna.
