GFG ZD21 Transmitter
The ZD21 is characterized by its high selectivity and long-term stability. They can be equipped with oxygen sensors for different measuring ranges. These range from very low concentrations (0 to 1000 pm) to high concentrations (0 to 96 vol %).The sensor can also be installed remotely, with a maximum cable length of two meters between the transmitter and the external sensor.
Sturdy and durable
The transmitter housing is made of aluminum. It is protected against the ingress of dust and water (IP54). The O2 sensors have a sensor lifetime of approximately five years and are not susceptible to CO2. Temperatures between -30 and +50 °C, very low or very high humidity and extreme pressure do not affect the accuracy of the oxygen measurement.
Communication and service
Changes in the O2 concentration are detected within a very short time (t90 > 2 s). The ZD21 uses an analog (0.2-1 mA or 4-20 mA) signal to communicate with the controller. Test gases for function tests can be inserted via an optional calibration adapter. On-site adjustment can be performed by a single technician.
