As a member of Premotec classic CL40 coreless DC motor lineup, the 9904 120 16803 is a 24V brushed miniature drive unit delivering 3W rated output power, built with a coreless rotor structure, high-performance permanent magnets and precious metal commutation to eliminate iron loss and cogging torque completely. It adopts sliding bearing design, measures Φ40mm × 39mm in dimension with a 3mm-diameter output shaft, weighs only 0.2kg, runs at a rated speed of 2690rpm and provides 10mNm nominal torque; its low-inertia rotor enables ultra-fast dynamic response and smooth steady rotation with minimal torque fluctuation, and the motor comes with lead wires and rear thrust structure for convenient installation, acting as a fully compatible substitute for the obsolete part number 9904 120 16206.

This compact coreless DC motor supports flexible custom upgrades including matched planetary/spur gearheads, encoders and customized wiring terminals, and it is widely deployed in precision automation actuators, medical diagnostic devices, laboratory analytical instruments, optical adjustment platforms and miniature industrial testing equipment.
