It is constructed with a full 304 stainless steel cylinder body and a hard chrome-plated carbon steel piston rod. It incorporates rare-earth magnetic rings and a linear potentiometer, providing full-stroke position feedback with output options of 0–10 V/4–20 mA. It integrates a Rod Lock mechanism that immediately self-locks upon air supply interruption, with a holding force of 170 lbf. It operates without lubrication within a pressure range of 50–125 PSI and a temperature range of -20–200 ℉, boasting a service life of 5 million cycles.
