The SEIKA NG4U is a ±80° large-angle capacitive liquid tilt sensor, integrating temperature compensation and a voltage standard amplifier to output a standardized 0.5V–4.5V signal. It offers a resolution of <0.01°, linear error <1.10⁻³F.S., cross-sensitivity <1%, and a settling time of approximately 0.3 seconds. With no moving mechanical parts, it is shock-resistant and immune to electromagnetic interference.
Operating at 9V–30V DC with IP65 protection, it withstands temperatures from -40℃ to +85℃, making it ideal for large-angle tilt measurement in construction machinery, marine vessels, transport equipment, and other harsh industrial environments.
