Product Overview

The MADAS MW500-A4 is a medium-high pressure mechanical gas pressure switch developed by MADAS (Italy). Designed in compliance with the EU EN1854 gas equipment safety standard, it is customized for pressure monitoring and safety interlock protection of medium-pressure gas working conditions. Adopting a high-pressure resistant diaphragm sensing structure, the device features a large adjustable pressure range of 100~500mbar, suitable for medium-pressure natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, process compressed air and other media. It can accurately realize real-time monitoring and electrical signal switching for pipeline overpressure and underpressure faults. With strong pressure resistance, high detection accuracy, stable anti-impact operation and simple commissioning, it is applicable to medium-pressure gas pipelines, large industrial burners, heating boilers, industrial kilns, centralized gas pressure regulating stations and other medium-high pressure thermal and gas supply systems. Widely used in food industry, chemical industry, HVAC, energy manufacturing and other fields, it effectively prevents safety risks such as leakage, combustion failure and equipment overload caused by abnormal pressure under medium-pressure gas working conditions. As a core safety interlock protection component of medium-pressure gas systems, it ensures compliant, stable and safe operation of the entire gas supply and combustion equipment.
