Fischer DS1106VA22B10W00 Differential Pressure Switch

Working principle:

Mechanical differential pressure sensor, detects the pressure difference of gas/liquid through diaphragm or piston, triggers micro switch (SPDT or DPDT contact).

Optional electronic type (with digital display and signal output, need to confirm the model suffix).

Range:

Differential pressure range: estimated to be 0...6 kPa (or custom range, need to be decoded according to DS1106 part).

Maximum static pressure: typical value 16 bar

Output signal:

Single pole double throw (SPDT) relay, contact capacity is usually 5A/250V AC (or 2A/30V DC).

Optional 4-20mA analog output or PNP/NPN transistor output (electronic model).

Material and structure:

Wetted parts: 316L stainless steel (corrosion resistant), fluororubber seal (compatible with oil, water, air).

Casing: aluminum alloy (protection grade IP65) or plastic (lightweight application).
