Product Overview

Gemu 68740D59C31311507+Z13 Diaphragm valve

It is a high-performance pneumatic control diaphragm valve designed for harsh industrial fluid control. It uses PTFE/EPDM diaphragm and 316L stainless steel valve body. It is suitable for corrosive media, high purity and aseptic processes. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment and food and beverage industries.

Core features

✅ Excellent sealing performance

Diaphragm material: PTFE sealing layer + EPDM elastic support (acid and alkali resistant, organic solvent resistant).

Leakage level: Class VI (ANSI/FCI 70-2), ensuring zero leakage.

✅ Modular design

Valve body material: 316L stainless steel (optional CF8M cast steel or PVC).

Connection method: DN40 flange (PN16 standard), supports ISO/ANSI flange.

Pneumatic actuator: Z13 series (single-acting spring return, working pressure 4-7bar).

✅ Sanitary application

Surface treatment: Ra≤0.8μm (electrolytic polishing, in line with EHEDG/3A standards).

No dead angle structure: CIP/SIP cleaning compatible, meets FDA certification.

✅ Reliability and life

Number of cycles: ≥1 million times (standard working conditions).

Temperature range: -10°C ~ +130°C (short-term up to +150°C).
