Material of HYDAC Pressure Test Connectors:
Metal parts: Carbon steel or stainless steel 316TI.
Seals: Carbon steel connectors with rubber NBR (-25°C to +90°C). Stainless steel connectors with fluororubber FPM (-20°C to +200°C).
Scope of Application: Suitable for hydraulic or other mineral oil systems.
Operating Pressure: Up to 63 MPa, in accordance with ISO 15171-2 standard.
Material: The connecting body is made of steel, and the metal cap is made of steel 1.0718. Note: If special requirements are specified, otherwise, the material will be cutting steel 1.0718.
Pressure Test Connector Seal: Internal seals are made of NBR (nitrile rubber), with fluororubber as an option.
Thread for Tightening: Available in various forms.
Temperature Range of Hydrotechnik Pressure Test Connectors:
Metal Cap: NBR (nitrile rubber) seal: -30°C to +120°C; FKM (fluororubber) seal: -20°C to +200°C.
Plastic Cap: -20°C to +100°C (for both seal materials).
