Features
Former German Vogel product line, now under SKF, designed for single-line centralized lubrication systems, intermittent operation with single-line distributors. Integrated pressure relief valve and vent valve automatically relieve line pressure and exhaust accumulated air, reducing air lock faults. 6L transparent plastic reservoir for visual oil level observation, with dual level monitoring for early low-level warning to prevent dry pump damage. Three-phase drive motor, stable operation, suitable for long-term continuous operation of machine tools and automated production lines. Modular structure; reservoir, pump head, pressure gauge and level switch can all be individually disassembled for maintenance, with strong parts commonality. Single-line oil output drives single-line distributors for quantitative delivery of oil or flowable grease to multiple lubrication points.
Applications
Machine tools, automated production lines, single-line centralized lubrication systems, industrial equipment requiring reliable oil or flowable grease supply.
