Germany Hydrotechnik Turbine Flowmeter 31V7-72-35.030
Measurement Principle
It adopts a turbine-type volumetric flow measurement method (volumetric displacement principle). The fluid drives the turbine blades axially, with the rotational speed being proportional to the flow velocity. A magnetic non-contact sensor captures the pulse signals generated by the rotation of the blades and converts them into flow data, offering high precision and fast dynamic response.
Performance Specifications
• Measurement Range: Compatible with viscosities ranging from 1–270 mm²/s (covering mineral oils, HFA/HFC hydraulic fluids, etc.);
• Temperature Adaptability: Medium temperature ranges from -20°C to +100°C (with short-term tolerance up to 120°C), and ambient temperature ranges from -20°C to +85°C;
• Output Signal: Dual-mode output—frequency signal (0–10 kHz) or 4–20 mA analog signal;
• Accuracy Class: ±0.5%, with significant linear characteristics that allow for the expansion of the measurement range.
Mechanical and Electrical Characteristics
