The PT-017090-A1R belongs to Bimba's stainless steel cylinder series. It is crafted from 304 stainless steel and is suitable for harsh environments (such as food and pharmaceutical industries, as well as coastal areas with high humidity).


Materials and Structure


All-stainless steel construction: The cylinder body, piston rod, and end caps are all made of 304 stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance. It is suitable for environments with moisture and chemical solvents.

Anti-rotation design: The piston rod features a square cross-section (instead of the traditional hexagonal shape), ensuring that the rotation angle during motion is less than 2.5°, thereby enhancing positioning accuracy.

Compact design: Its small size makes it suitable for space-constrained scenarios (such as inside narrow equipment).

Position detection: A permanent magnet is built into the piston, supporting real-time position signal feedback via magnetic proximity switches (which need to be selected separately).
