Product Overview

BFLM-315-DT2T4W is a high-performance rodless cylinder series under the Bimba brand. This series utilizes magnetic coupling force transmission technology (where the magnetically coupled piston and slide table move in tandem), enabling high-load linear motion within compact spaces. It saves nearly 50% of installation space and is suitable for industrial scenarios with stringent precision and stability requirements.

Structural Design

Magnetic Coupling Force Transmission: The piston and slide table are linked via magnetic force, eliminating the need for a physical connecting rod. This avoids issues such as rod bending or seal wear commonly found in traditional cylinders.

Compact Body: With a width of only 5/16 inch (approximately 8 mm), it is suitable for narrow spaces.

Materials: The main body is made of 304 stainless steel, and the piston rod is made of 303 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance.

Performance Parameters

Operating Pressure: Up to 100 PSI (approximately 6.9 bar), compatible with both pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Temperature Range: From 0°F to 170°F (-17°C to 76°C), suitable for conventional industrial environments.

Bearing System: Equipped with composite self-lubricating bearings to reduce friction loss and extend service life.

Precision and Reliability

Anti-Rotation Design: The piston rod features a square cross-section (instead of the traditional hexagonal shape), ensuring that the slide table's rotation angle is less than 2.5°, thereby enhancing motion precision.

Sealing Performance: High-performance seals (such as polyoxymethylene resin end caps) effectively resist corrosion from moisture, lubricants, and chemical solvents.
