The American Bimba FT-310.25-4MQEE1 is a high-temperature, double-acting stainless steel cylinder with a bore diameter of 1 inch (25.4 mm) and a stroke length of 1 inch (25 mm). It features a full 304 stainless steel cylinder body with a mirror-polished finish, paired with a hard chrome-plated piston rod. Equipped with FKM high-temperature seals, it enables continuous, lubrication-free operation within a temperature range of -10 °C to 150 °C and a pressure range of 0–250 psi (1.7 MPa). The M8 magnetic reed slots on both sides support contactless position detection. The front end offers a composite mounting design with a flange and trunnion, providing rapid response and high rigidity. It is suitable for high-speed positioning and lifting applications in high-temperature workstations such as thermoforming, drying, and packaging sealing.
