The American Bimba FT-312.25-4MQEE1 is a high-temperature-resistant double-acting cylinder with a bore diameter of 1-1/4 inches (31.75 mm) and a stroke length of 1 inch (25.4 mm). It features a full 304 stainless steel cylinder body and a hard chrome-plated piston rod, both with polished surfaces that resist corrosion and facilitate easy cleaning. The FKM high-temperature seals enable continuous, lubrication-free operation within a temperature range of -10 °C to 150 °C and a pressure range of 0–250 psi (1.7 MPa). The M8 magnetic reed slots on both sides support contactless position detection. The front end comes equipped with an ISO 6431 standard flange and trunnion composite mounting holes, allowing for quick connection to foot mounts or trunnion brackets. With its compact design and rapid response, it is suitable for high-speed positioning, lifting, and clamping applications in high-temperature environments such as thermoforming machines, drying lines, and packaging sealing stations.
