Product Overview

Structural Design

Modular three-part housing: Made of gray cast iron (cast steel available for some configurations), corrosion-resistant and highly efficient in heat dissipation.

Core drive components:

Gears: Manufactured from hardened carburized steel with surface wear-resistant treatment, extending service life by over 50%.

Bearings: Composite-coated sliding bearings that support short-term dry running, reducing the risk of sudden failures.

Sealing system:

Standard configuration: Radial shaft seals (pressure-resistant up to ≤6 bar).

Optional upgrade: Mechanical seals (pressure-resistant up to ≤25 bar), suitable for high-temperature/high-pressure operating conditions (e.g., model suffix SO may indicate special sealing).

Performance Advantages

Low pulsation delivery: Special involute tooth profile design ensures pressure pulsation ≤1% and operating noise <60 dB.

High self-priming capability: Short straight flow channel structure enables a self-priming height of up to 0.6 bar and rapid startup.

Wide media adaptability: Compatible with lubricating oils, hydraulic oils, diesel, emulsions, etc. (viscosity range requires custom confirmation).

Safety and Reliability

Integrated pressure relief valve (models containing DB16): Automatically returns flow in case of overpressure to protect system safety (pressure setting at 16 bar).

Temperature range compatibility: Supports media temperatures from -30℃ to 121℃ (heat-resistant couplings required for temperatures >80℃).
