Technical Parameters of RICKMEIER Gear Pump R35/31.5 FL-Z-DB16-W-SAE1.1/2-R-SO
A gear pump is a type of rotary positive displacement pump. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the side where the gears disengage increases from small to large, creating a vacuum that draws in the liquid. Meanwhile, the volume of the space on the side where the gears mesh decreases from large to small, forcing the liquid into the pipeline. Due to the continuous meshing of the gears, this process occurs continuously, resulting in a continuous delivery process. This process is the same for both gaseous and liquid media. Therefore, the gear pump can automatically vent the suction side until the entire pipeline is filled with the liquid conveying medium.
The variable modular system of RICKMEIER gear pumps ensures the availability of different materials, casings, seals, and functional derivatives. In addition to standard specifications, the diverse and variable types of gear pumps enable them to adapt to specific applications.
