Extreme Pressure Resistance
Continuous operating pressure of 630 Bar, with a peak pressure reaching up to 700 Bar, suitable for ultra-high-pressure hydraulic systems.
Patented gear profile design reduces internal leakage, achieving a volumetric efficiency of over 95% at 630 Bar.
Robust Construction
Bimetallic plain bearings: Copper alloy base with a babbitt alloy coating, exhibiting near-zero wear under high pressure.
Hardened carburized steel gears (surface hardness of 60 HRC), resistant to micropitting, with a service life of at least 20,000 hours.
Cast steel housing (GGG50), with a pressure resistance strength three times higher than that of conventional cast iron.
Intelligent Sealing Solutions
Optional shaft seals: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or fluororubber (FKM), with a temperature resistance range of -30°C to 150°C.
Compatible with HSG high-temperature hydraulic oils (such as synthetic esters) and HFC water-glycol (requires specifying the seal code).
High Efficiency and Low Noise
Noise level of ≤72 dB(A) at 1500 rpm, 15% lower than industry standards.
Flow rate range of 15-100 L/min (corresponding to rotational speeds of 800-3000 rpm), meeting the demands of various operating conditions.
