Product Overview

Rickmeier Oil Pump R36/80 FL-Z-W-SAE2-R

Structure and Working Principle

Gear Pump Design: Adopts a dual-gear meshing structure, creating negative pressure on the suction side through gear rotation to draw in oil, and then expelling it through compression in the pressure chamber, enabling continuous delivery.

Three-Part Housing: The modular design facilitates adaptation to customer-customized interfaces and simplifies maintenance.

Low Noise and High Durability: Special tooth profiles (double-circular-arc sine curves) reduce tooth surface wear, and combined with composite journal bearings, they support dry running and reduce noise.

Seal Options: Standard radial shaft seals (FPM fluororubber) are included, with mechanical seals available as an option for high-temperature or corrosive environments.

Performance Parameters (Inferred Based on the Same Series R35/R45)

Operating Pressure: ≤25 bar (standard R5 series).

Displacement Range: 80 cm³/r (the "80" in the model number indicates displacement per revolution).

Applicable Media: Hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, fuel, cutting fluid, etc. (viscosity range: 5–1500 cSt).

Temperature Limits: Continuous operation ≤80°C, transient ≤120°C.

II. Core Application Areas

Industrial Equipment: Construction machinery, mining equipment, generator sets, paper production lines.

Fluid Delivery Systems: Hydraulic power units, lubrication circuits, fuel supply systems.

Special Scenarios:

Lubrication of gearboxes in wind energy equipment and marine power systems.

Delivery of polyethylene glycol, hot oil, etc., in the chemical industry.
