Core Structure and Working Principle
Structural Design
Gears and Shafts:
The gears are made of surface carburized and hardened steel (16MnCrS5), offering high wear resistance.
Special tooth profiles optimize meshing, reducing pulsation and noise (operating noise ≤70 dB).
Housing and Bearings:
The housing is made of gray cast iron (EN-GJL-250), providing pressure resistance and impact resistance.
Composite sliding bearings (with special coatings) support dry running for ≤20 minutes (requires pressure balancing).
Sealing System:
Standardly equipped with FKM fluororubber radial shaft seals, with optional slip ring seals available (resistant to high temperatures/corrosive media).
