The R35/63 FL-Z-DB16-W-SAE2-R-P is a high-performance gear pump from Germany's RICKMEIER company, part of the R35 series, specifically designed for industrial hydraulic systems, lubrication circuits, and fluid transfer applications. Its core functions include stable pressure output, low-noise operation, and high reliability, making it suitable for demanding operating conditions (such as wind power equipment, construction machinery, and chemical systems).
Materials and Durability
• Housing: Made of gray cast iron, offering excellent impact resistance and corrosion resistance.
• Drive Components: Hardened carburized steel gears and shafts, with surface treatments to enhance wear resistance.
• Bearings: Composite material sliding bearings with special coatings support dry running and offer a long service life.
Sealing and Protection
• Standard Sealing: Radial shaft seals (customizable to mechanical seals or sliding ring seals).
• Explosion-Proof Certification: Complies with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU, suitable for explosive hazard areas.
Performance Parameters
• Operating Pressure: Up to 25 bar (optional pressure limiting valve to prevent overload).
• Displacement Range: 2.5–2400 cm³/rev (for the R35 series); this model has a displacement of 63 cm³/rev.
• Flow Capacity: Up to 4000 L/min (depending on rotational speed).
• Noise Control: Special tooth profile design achieves low vibration and low-noise operation.
Modular Design
• Three-part housing structure (housing, drive shaft housing, end cover) supports flexible adaptation to customer interface requirements.
• Optional integrated pressure limiting valve (spring-loaded type) protects system pressure stability.
Operating Principle
The gear pump achieves volume changes through the meshing of two gears:
Suction Phase: The volume increases on the side where the gears disengage, creating a vacuum and drawing in the fluid.
Discharge Phase: The volume decreases on the side where the gears mesh, squeezing the fluid out to the outlet piping.
Self-Venting Capability: It can automatically vent gases from the suction side (requires a sealed condition and sufficient liquid level).
