Product Overview

The Rickmeier R25/16 FL-Z-P is a high-pressure external gear pump manufactured by RICKMEIER in Germany, belonging to the R5 standard series. Specifically designed for industrial hydraulic systems, this pump is renowned for its high reliability, long service life, and cost-effectiveness. It is suitable for conveying clean media such as lubricating oils and fuels with a viscosity range of 5–1500 cst.

Core Technical Features

Modular Three-Part Housing Structure

The housing is made of gray cast iron (EN-GJL-250/GG-25), and the gear shaft is constructed from quenched and hardened steel (16MnCrS5), offering excellent wear resistance.

Supports customized interfaces to meet the installation requirements of various industrial equipment.

Self-Lubrication and Efficient Sealing

Exceptional self-priming capability: No pre-filling is required before startup, as the conveyed medium provides automatic lubrication, reducing routine maintenance.

Sealing options: Standard radial shaft seals (NBR/FKM materials), with optional mechanical seals (hard carbon/SiC) available to adapt to high-temperature (≤80℃ continuous operation) and corrosive environments.

Pressure and Flow Performance

Maximum operating pressure: 12 MPa (medium-pressure range).

Rated flow rate: 40 L/min at a rotational speed of 1450 r/min.

Safety valve protection: The adjustable safety valve has a cut-off pressure that is 1.5–2 times the rated pressure, preventing overloading.

Impact-Resistant and Low-Noise Design

Flexible couplings compensate for installation misalignment and cushion hydraulic shocks.

Optimized gear meshing process ensures low operational noise.
