The German Burster 8435 is a miniature tension and compression load cell, integrating many advantages such as compactness, precision, and economy.
With its small structure, it can be easily assembled into existing structures and is suitable for both static and dynamic measurement scenarios. Made of stainless steel, it features stable kink protection and has an IP54 protection rating, enabling stable operation under certain environmental conditions. Its measurement range spans from 0...±200N to 0...±5kN, meeting various load measurement requirements.
This sensor employs proven strain gauge technology. The strain gauges are connected to sensitive elements to form a full-bridge, and the output voltage is proportional to the measured variable. Tension or compression can be applied via a load-applying button or through a central internal thread. Additionally, it is suitable for towline-connected cables and offers the option of a blasting machine TEDS. With its excellent cost-effectiveness, it finds a place in product measurement for mass production with limited budgets.
