The German Burster 8438 is a micro ring-shaped weighing sensor that stands out in the weighing field with its unique design and excellent performance.
It features a compact flat disc design with a small diameter, low overall height, and a clearance hole in the center, showcasing a delicate structure. The sensor body is fully welded and made of stainless steel, with IP54/IP65 protection ratings, enabling it to adapt to various environments. Its measurement range spans from 0...100N to 0...200kN, meeting different scenario requirements.
This sensor has a full-hole centered design with standardized output signals. During use, forces should be introduced axially and perpendicularly in opposite directions to the inner and outer band surfaces of the sensor, and the base should be placed on a smooth horizontal surface and hardened. Additionally, it supports the optional blasting machine TEDS and plays an important role in industrial and scientific research scenarios where miniaturization and high-precision measurement are pursued.
