The German Burster 8415 is a miniature weighing sensor that excels in static and dynamic measurements in confined spaces due to its compactness, sturdiness, and durability.
Made of stainless steel, it is affordable and reliable. The sensor has a flat cylindrical shape with a closed bottom and receives compressive forces through a load application button. The internal strain gauge full-bridge is applied to the measuring element, generating a bridge output voltage proportional to the measured force.
With a measurement range from 0...200N to 0...5kN, it can meet various small-range measurement requirements. It has an IP54 protection rating and an operating temperature range of 0...+80°C. Additionally, it supports the optional blasting machine TEDS. During installation, forces should be applied concentrically and axially to a smooth and even surface. With these advantages, it is widely used in industrial and laboratory scenarios and is an ideal choice for micro-measurements.
