Measurement Principle: It employs the piezoresistive principle, achieving pressure measurement through the deposition of a polycrystalline silicon thin film on a stainless steel diaphragm.

Connection Method: The electrical measurement connector is a 4-pole device connector; the mechanical connection thread adopts the ISO 228 - G¼A standard; the sealing material is an FKM sealing ring conforming to DIN 3869.
