Roller: Equipped with thermoplastic roller, the roller is installed at the front end of the lever, with a smooth surface and low friction, which can effectively reduce the wear between the monitored object and ensure the sensitivity and accuracy of the action.
Working principle
Trigger mechanism: The switch is driven by a 30° cam. When the mechanical moving part touches or approaches the roller on the lever, the roller is acted upon by an external force, driving the lever to rotate around the axis, thereby triggering the internal contact action of the limit switch, realizing the on-off control of the circuit, and achieving the purpose of limit or position detection.
Reset method: A spring reset mechanism is adopted. When the external force disappears, the lever can quickly return to its initial position under the action of the spring, ready for the next action.
Performance characteristics
Environmental adaptability: It has a wide operating temperature range. Under standard conditions, the operating temperature is - 25℃ to 70℃, and under low temperature conditions, the operating temperature is - 40℃ to 70℃. The storage temperature range is - 40℃ to 70℃, which can adapt to different industrial environments.
Action accuracy: The adjustment angle is 5° to 45°. The trigger angle of the lever can be accurately adjusted according to actual needs, thereby realizing precise control of the position of mechanical parts and ensuring the safety and reliability of equipment operation.
Electrical parameters: It can adapt to wire specifications from 14 to 24AWG, and the terminal clamping torque is 13 lb-in, which can ensure the stability and reliability of electrical connections and reduce the occurrence of electrical failures.
