The RICKMEIER R65/250FL-Z-W-SAE3-R is an external gear pump designed and manufactured by RICKMEIER, a German industrial brand with a century-long history (established in 1914). Its modular design and robust construction make it an economical solution for high-pressure and large-flow applications, widely used in hydraulic power transmission, lubrication systems, and industrial fluid conveyance.
Structural Design
Three-part housing (gear housing, drive cover, end cover), supporting customized interface adaptation
Core Component Materials
Housing: Grey cast iron (EN-GJL-250/GG-25)
Shafts: Quenched and surface-hardened steel (16MnCrS5)
Plain bearings: P10/DU composite bearings (dry-running resistant)
Sealing System
Standard radial shaft seals (NBR/FKM materials), with optional mechanical seals (pressure-resistant up to 25 bar/high-temperature resistant)
Temperature Adaptability
Standard seals: -40°C to +100°C; for high-temperature applications, heat-resistant seals and couplings are required as options
III. Core Technology and Working Principle
Efficient Conveying Mechanism
Through the meshing rotation of hardened gears, enclosed chambers are formed, pushing the medium from the suction side to the pressure side. It is suitable for both liquid and gaseous media (such as oil, emulsion, diesel, etc.). It has strong self-priming capability, requiring no pre-filling before startup, and can automatically vent air from the suction line.
Long-lasting and Durable Design
Friction-optimized seals: Reduce wear on shaft seals, extending service life
Multi-component plain bearings: Special coatings enhance dry-running tolerance, preventing damage from sudden liquid shortage
Corrosion protection: Two-component RAL 6011 protective paint enhances environmental adaptability
