Product Overview

Rickmeier Gear Pump R45/160 FL-Z-DB16-W-SAE2.1/2-R-P

Three-Part Housing Design

The pump body, front cover, and rear cover are modularly assembled, allowing for easy adaptation to customer interface requirements without customization and facilitating straightforward disassembly during maintenance.

The housing is made of gray cast iron (EN-GJL), while the drive components are crafted from hardened carburized steel, offering exceptional wear resistance.

Low Noise and Efficient Conveyance

The special tooth profile design, combined with short and straight fluid channels, reduces eddy currents and cavitation, resulting in outstanding suction performance and operational noise levels of ≤70 dB[A].

Magnetic Coupling Sealing Technology (Contactless Drive) eliminates the risk of leakage, making it suitable for sensitive media.

Integrated Pressure Relief Valve (DB16)

An in-built pressure control valve automatically overflows when the system pressure exceeds 16 bar, protecting the pump body and downstream equipment.

Typical Application Areas

Industrial Lubrication Systems: Forced lubrication circuits for machine tools, gearboxes, and bearings.

Hydraulic Power Units: Pressure sources for construction machinery (e.g., injection molding machines, die-casting machines).

Fuel Delivery: Diesel generator sets and boiler fuel supply systems.

Specialized Industries:

Explosion-proof environments (chemical engineering, mining).

Cooling for wind turbine gearboxes and hydraulic systems on ships.
