Features
Spring-free magnetic toggle structure provides strong vibration resistance; contacts will not bounce or stick under boiler vibration conditions. Hermetically sealed package fully isolates contacts from process media, preventing corrosion in steam and humid environments. Magnetic coupling non-contact drive eliminates mechanical linkage through the pressure vessel, removing the risk of media leakage. Independent modular spare part; when float and chamber are intact, only the SK178 mechanism needs replacement to restore the level switch, significantly reducing maintenance cost. DPDT dual changeover contacts provide simultaneous high and low level signals, meeting both alarm and interlock requirements.
