Product Overview

Establishment and Status: Founded in 1901 and headquartered in Kalamazoo, MI 49003, USA, Humphrey is an internationally renowned manufacturer of pneumatic equipment. Specializing in products such as solenoid valves, cylinders, exhaust valves, and manual control valves, it boasts over 120 years of industry experience.

• Global Presence: With a sales and service network spanning the globe, Humphrey provides customized solutions for industries including industrial automation, medical equipment, and analytical instruments.

Humphrey's pneumatic valves are renowned for their high reliability, compact design, and versatility. Its main product lines include:

(1) Solenoid Valve Series

• 310/410 Series:

310 Series: 3-way direct-acting valves supporting normally open (NO), normally closed (NC), or selector functions, suitable for air and inert gases, with a flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.17, a pressure range of 0–125 psi, and voltage support for 12VDC/24VDC.

410 Series: 4-way direct-acting valves compatible with vacuum environments, with a flow coefficient (Cv) of 0.14, a pressure range of -28"Hg to 125 psi, and support for multiple voltages including 12VDC/24VDC/120VAC.

• Design Advantages: Short-stroke balanced poppet valve structure requiring no lubrication, with rapid response (cycle speeds up to 900 cycles per minute), suitable for high-frequency operation scenarios.

• Micro Valves (e.g., 41PP Series):

4-way dual-button valves with 1/8 tubing ports, supporting panel mounting, ideal for precision instruments and small equipment.

Exhaust Valves and Manual Control Valves

• SQE2 Quick Exhaust Valve:

Achieves high-flow exhaust (Cv=1.42) through differential pressure detection, featuring 1/4 NPT ports, convertible to shuttle valves or check valves, made of anodized aluminum and polyurethane, with a temperature resistance range of -25°C to 180°C.

• Air Pilot Valve (e.g., 590AB):

Normally closed design with a pressurized piston reducing pilot air pressure requirements, operating pressure range of 10–60 psig, lightweight aluminum alloy housing.

• Durability: Utilizes metal (aluminum, brass, stainless steel) and non-metal composite sealing materials to extend service life and reduce maintenance needs.
