Bimba 090.011-DBZ belongs to the Original Line Z-Line heavy-duty stainless steel pneumatic cylinder series, featuring a 1‑1/16‑inch bore, ultra-short 0.011-inch single micro stroke, double-acting operation, front block DBZ mounting with four counterbored mounting holes for rigid base installation, two standard 1/8" NPT air ports, 5/16‑24 UNF‑2A male hard-chrome plated stainless piston rod, factory permanent pre-lubricated Buna-N seals and built-in elastomer bumpers for low-noise operation; its reinforced two-piece piston rod and robust integrated structure deliver extended service life, specially engineered for ultra-precise micro-light clamping, thickness fine adjustment and high-frequency tiny pressing tasks in packaging, medical device and precision electronics automation equipment.

The "Blue and Improved" Original Line®  Z-Line cylinder feature permanent grease lubrication. Design enhancements have more than double the anticipated service life of this cylinder, designed for extremely tough applications.  This robust design features larger diameter, two piece piston rods that include a removable hardened rod stud.
